FUT Hair Transplant Surgery
Maximum Grafts · High Survival · One Session
FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) harvests a strip of scalp from the donor area. Follicular units are dissected under microscopy and implanted. Ideal for patients requiring large graft counts in a single session.
Key Features
High Graft Yield
3,000–5,000+ grafts per session — the highest of any single technique.
Microscopic Dissection
Follicles are carefully separated under high magnification, preserving integrity and maximizing survival.
Cost-Effective
Lower cost-per-graft than FUE for large sessions, making it highly economical for extensive coverage.
Efficient Surgery
Strip harvesting is faster than individual extraction, reducing total operating time.
Excellent Graft Quality
Microscopic dissection preserves complete follicular structures, achieving 95%+ survival rates.
Future Sessions Possible
Donor density is preserved for potential future procedures.
FUT Surgery Steps

Dr. Wu personally diagnoses your hair loss and recommends the most suitable transplant method and graft count. No sales consultants — all consultations are conducted directly by the doctor.

The hairline is planned based on the patient's preferences, age, and facial proportions. The transplant area is mapped and graft count calculated (one graft ≈ 2 hairs).

Under local anesthesia, a thin scalp strip is excised from the donor area and sutured closed. Follicles are immediately dissected under microscopy into individual units and implanted at ~40 grafts per cm².

A follow-up visit the next day for scalp cleansing, wound inspection, and full post-operative care instructions.
